Bringing chatbots into the mainstream

The challenge

With their product in beta, ubisend commissioned me to redesign both their customer-facing website and application. They needed a better user experience and design than they were getting from off-the-shelf themes, and wanted better uniformity between the app and website.

With a further requirement of a pattern library, I enlisted the help and expertise of my colleague Mark Perkins. Mark had just launched his product Fractal, and this was a perfect use case of it.
