Selling design
I love talking about design as much as I love designing. Design has the incredible ability to create opportunity in business by putting the people who use your product before profit.
I work with new and potential clients to uncover what design can do for their business, and how user-centred design makes longer-lasting and better-converting products and services.
Speaking & Writing
I speak at design events and conferences internationally, where I provide pragmatic advice, share tried and tested methods and best practices, and occasionally explore new concepts such as how we as an industry need to better learn from our mistakes.
I also write for various online and print publications, often on design and industry best practices, case studies and processes or design-related topics.
