I’ve spoken internationally, facilitated workshops for startups, enterprise organisations and leadership teams, and led sessions ranging from product strategy and design thinking to feedback culture and presenting work effectively.

Facilitation remains one of the most powerful tools for creating alignment. The ability to bring people together, navigate differing perspectives and move conversations forward is often what determines whether change succeeds or stalls.
